I would like to provide you with some feedback concerning Lisa Longest and how she managed the sale of my previous residence located at ....Annapolis, MD.
I had recently retired from the Federal Government and had purchased a home under construction in St. Croix, USVI. The house in St. Croix was due to be completed in March of this year and it was my desire to move to St. Croix ASAP. Of course, this meant that my Annapolis home would be vacant while it was on the market so it was extremely important to me to hire a real estate agent that would monitor the house from time-to-time and oversee any maintenance work required by a home inspector or prospective buyer. During our initial meeting, Lisa provided me with a very detailed and competent marketing plan. She understood that I would not be in the area and quickly erased any concerns that I had concerning her willingness to assist me in any way necessary. Lisa followed through on her promise and never let me down.Sh provided me frequent updates concerning showings and comments from other real estate agents. Once a contract had been signed, Lisa arranged for qualified contractors to complete all the repairs that had been specified in the contract. All of these repairs were completed in a timely manner, and most importantly to the satisfaction of the prospective buyer. Because of this, the original settlement date was able to be advanced by one week.
In summary, I could not be more pleased with the service and dedication that Lisa provided. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any prospective home sellers or buyers in that area.
